Tropical Storm Moke did not arrive late last night or early this morning as previously predicted. It is still working its way towards us. At 5 this morning it was about 310 miles south of Hilo & moving westerly at about 15 mph. Maximum sustained winds were about 45 mph with tropical storm force winds extending out about 90 miles from the center. As I write this the winds have started to increase making me believe it is passing by us now.
