Another Day at the Car Wash

We took the Subaru to McKinley Car Wash today. The price is so reasonable and they're relatively fast (38 minutes today, 43 on Thursday). They also do a good job!

After we picked up Kai's medication at Longs Drugs, he needed more caffeine so we went downstairs to Taste Tea. He ended up with an Ice Cream Coffee.




Kai is doing a taste test of 4 different types of coffee. Xander gave him some help this morning. He seems to like Coffee C.

We passed by several Chinese New Year celebrations being held at businesses. I was only able to get a photo of one of them in the side view mirror.

I checked on the plants today. Mom's orchid is blooming! And so is the cactus! The 3rd papaya looks like it is starting to develop some fruit; the fruits on the other 2 are growing nicely.




The weather has been cooler for the last week or so; in the mid- to low 60's. It's predicted to continue through much of next week. Dad has been feeling it a lot; he's got 2 blankets on his bed now. But he won't put on a sweatshirt or use the heating pad. Auwe!
