The day started out with a brief drizzle just after the sun came up. I am hoping it is the precursor to the start of the wet season. Once it begins to drizzle or rain more consistently in the early morning, I will begin putting out the plants I have been trying to keep alive during the dry season.

Today is Motek Bakery Breakfast Special Day! I forgot to take a photo of the Shakshuka that was the special today. But I did take a photo of Casper, the bakery emotional support dog; he's here to comfort you if you get anxious over all the different choices there are! Today I also tried the Chocolate Coconut Ball; it was way too sweet for me.

I checked out the tangerines this evening. It looks like they will be loaded with fruit again. Last year I picked several fruit each day when they started to ripen. I juiced them in the evening so I had some nice cold tangerine juice in the morning! I'll try to do it again this year & when there are a lot of fruit I will try to squeeze enough for several days at a time.
The next episode of the eruption at Kīlauea is expected to start some time next week.
